Twenty years, four hundred homes, one philosophy: that a well-built house should feel inevitable. Ours is a small team of builders, project managers and craftspeople who take on a limited number of projects each year — and see each through from first sketch to final walk-through.
We build in the space between architecture and everyday life — with the patience each demands.

A house is only ever as honest as its materials.
We specify and detail from a palette of stone, timber, board-formed concrete, bronze and natural finishes — chosen for how they weather, not how they photograph. Our trades have worked with us for a decade. Our joinery is built in-house in Melbourne.

From the first site visit to the twelve-month post-handover review, a single project lead stays with your build. Every decision is documented, costed and communicated in writing.

Site visit, brief calibration, feasibility and preliminary budget bands.

Architect collaboration, engineering, interior selections and full trade documentation.

Construction
Fixed-price contract, dedicated project manager, weekly reporting and open-book variations.

Handover & Care
Detailed handover, maintenance schedule, and a twelve-month proactive care visit.
